Laura Castillo Nagi has specialized in high conflict family law throughout her 20 years of practice.  Attorney Nagi is a graduate of Santa Clara University, School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate.  She is a certified mediator in the Virgin Islands and Florida having trained in transformational mediation and Nonviolent Communication. 

Attorney Nagi has extensive experience working with high conflict family matters and domestic violence matters having worked at non-profit organizations in California and Honolulu, Hawai’i specializing in these areas. 

Attorney Nagi opened the doors of her own practice in 2014 with the intention of serving the Virgin Islands community with experience, integrity and heart.  Attorney Nagi understands the complexities involved in family matters and takes a proactive and mindful approach in helping clients successfully navigate complex issues in all areas of family law. 

Attorney Nagi’s 20 years of experience dealing with numerous high conflict matters is key in effectively resolving cases through settlement negotiations and/or litigation.

Attorney Nagi’s numerous years of in-depth training and experience in mindfulness and emotional intelligence provides her clients with an advantage as she is able to guide clients to a more connected and peaceful process of resolution, even in litigation.
